Just wanted to say thank you for
sorting the replacement order so
quickly this evening. Although
we’ve never previously had an
issue ordering from you or eating
in the restaurant, we’ll make
sure to indicate a nut allergy in
Just a query regarding loyalty
points. I have just placed an
order and it says you are no
longer offering loyalty points,
but I have 6 days to use the
points I currently have. When I
paid, there was no option to use
my remaining points. I think I
had 102 points, but I'm not sure
what that equates to. What should
I do? Could I be refunded with
the amount that my points equate
to? Thanks so much for your help.
Reply : Yes you can get discount on your order but you need to get to 500 points for redeem it. Thanks

Hi there. I just want to start by
saying how impressed we have been
with the quality of your food.
The menu always excites us.
However we have been a bit
disappointed the last 2 saturdays
(9/5/20 and 16/5/20) after using
your delivery service. On both
occasions we ordered 2 starters
and 2 mains. On both nights one
of the main dishes was
vegetarian- the first Saturday
was the chefs special Malaysian
curry with tofu and then the
following week it was the red
Thai curry with tofu. Being
vegetarian I was thoroughly
looking forward to these dishes.
Disappointingly the Malaysian
curry came with chicken instead
of tofu. And then the following
week the Thai curry came with
chicken instead of tofu. It meant
that on both Saturday nights,
after looking forward to a lovely
main course, i could only eat the
steamed rice. My husband deterred
me from ringing up the first time
as we thought it was a simple
error and gave you guys another
try. Then it happened again this
Saturday night and in fear of
ruining our “date night” I
didn’t ring to inform you asI
had already had to ring you
earlier that day when our
takeaway arrived at 6pm after
ordering it for 8pm- but thankyou
for sorting this.
We would love to use sumo again
this Coming weekend but if i have
to eat boiled rice again after
ordering a tofu based dish it
will be so disappointing.
Just to let you know- My husband
had ordered the Singapore chow
mien which, on your website
states egg in panko breadcrumbs
with crabstick And Japanese
mayonnaise. The dish he was
delivered did not have this on,
though apparently was still
I would appreciate your thoughts
on this and would hate to not be
able to order from you guys

I ordered some food for
collection for my patients 40th
wedding anniversary on Sunday.
3.5.2020, the order was like
2 x chicken bento boxes and a
pork/prawn gyozas to start and a
beef red Thai curry , fried soft
noodles with that, Japanese
I x miso soup and a Katsu chicken
Starter - pork Gyoza
Main - sweet and sour chicken
with side of stir fried pak Choi
Tempura fried prawn
Sweet sour chicken With Egg fried
Pork bum x 2
I double checked with the girl 3
times on the phone on Saturday.
And rang back again on Sunday to
tell them to put food in 2
separate bags. And checked again
with the orders.
However, when my parents received
the food, they realised that
there was 1 sweet sour chicken
and pakchoi missing. The food was
great, however the missing dish
tend to be a bit of let down.
The total amount for the food was
Please check what went wrong? Did
the lady on the phone took the
order wrong or if the kitchen
prepared 1 less dish. Thank you
Sumo Sundays have become a
highlight of our lock down shared
(at a distance) with our next
door neighbour. Thank you so much

you last month and was really

quite work but lady on the phone

Fabulous tasty food yum
Have eating at Sumo ever since it
first opened. Having to use
takeaway service during
Coronavirus Pandemic. Food
excellent as usual & delivery
time very good.
